In the world of golf, every detail matters. From your stance to your backswing, each drive requires body and mind alignment. Lifelong golfer Zach Cutler, DC (’21) understands this better than most. Growing up in St. Louis, Dr. Cutler golfed on Timberland High School’s state championship-winning team before playing Division I collegiate golf at Valparaiso University (Valpo) in Indiana. “My freshman year I won a college golf tournament and even got to play in the 2016 United States Amateur Championship,” Dr. Cutler said. “Our Valpo team was also the Division I academic champions in 2016; we had the highest GPAs …

Tyler Snodgrass, trimester 8 Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) student at Logan, was nominated as a student leader in honor of National Leadership Day. Growing up in Butler, Pennsylvania, Tyler attended Westminster College nearby, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in neuroscience on a premed track. Initially, his plan was to go into medicine. Isaac Carlson, DC (’23), was working on his undergraduate degree in sports management from Ecclesia College in Arkansas when he met his future wife, Jessie. Together, they knew they wanted to go into healthcare professions and to help others. Her father, John C. Smith Jr., DC (’97), a practicing chiropractor in Ellisville, Missouri suggested he apply to Logan and begin his career as a chiropractor. Originally from Montana, Logan Benjamin, DC (‘22), CSCS, attended Montana State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in health and human performance. There, he met a mentor who suggested he shadow a few chiropractors to learn more about the profession. He did and realized chiropractic was the career for him. After touring Logan University, Dr. Benjamin was impressed with the beautiful campus, efficient admissions process and evidence-informed curriculum.
